The aim of the project The Fifth Authority project aims at enhancing the capabilities of youth in monitoring and controlling the implementation of the Gulf Initiative and its executive mandate was implemented in cooperation with the most important event in the previous year in Yemen was the National Dialogue Conference, which was launched in implementation of the text of the Gulf Initiative and therefore the idea of this project is based on monitoring the implementation of the mechanism of the Gulf Initiative through Strengthen the capacity of young people to monitor and monitor their implementation.
The project will train young people who have been selected to write monitoring reports on the implementation of the Gulf Initiative, and the trainees will be distributed in different committees. In addition, the monitoring reports produced by the trainees were published on the project's website and will be presented to government officials and all interested parties.
